Regime da Proteína

A ideia da dieta da proteína é bem simples: diminuir o consumo de carboidratos para o mínimo possível, substituindo-os por proteínas. Sem carboidratos como fonte de energia, a glicose circulante no corpo diminui. Isso faz com que o organismo, que precisa dessa glicose como combustível das células, comece a gastar as reservas de gordura para assim produzir a energia de que necessita. Dessa forma, a perda de peso é rápida.

O regime da proteína deve durar no máximo 30 dias e deve ser dividido em duas quinzenas com espaço de 3 dias entre elas. Você poderá repetir a dieta posteriormente, mas sempre obedeça um espaço de tempo de, pelo menos, uma semana. Assim seu corpo se recupera e você pode continuar com segurança.

Essa dieta não é indicada para quem pratica exercícios físicos, pois para essas pessoas os carboidratos são fundamentais. Quem tem algum problema de saúde deve consultar seu médico antes de iniciar a dieta para que o organismo não seja prejudicado.

Alimente-se constantemente (sempre que sentir fome) e abuse dos líquidos, beba bastante água e sucos.
